Mama's Prayers for Ellie and Yuan Yuan

Dear Ellie, Mama won't be visiting you today as I am still not feeling well. You are 9 days old today my dear!

While Mama was pumping milk, I read up on bible verses on healing. And following are the verses which I extracted and prayed on.

Isa 53
4 Surely he took up our pain
    and bore our suffering,
yet we considered him punished by God,
    stricken by him, and afflicted.
5 But he was pierced for our transgressions,
    he was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was on him,
    and by his wounds we are healed.

Mama prayed that Ellie's little body will be made whole by God again. The bible says that by the wound that Jesus suffered on the cross, we will be healed. The bible also says that when we hear the word of God, it will bring healing to our flesh.

Mama also prayed that God will send angels to be with him and take care of him emotional needs durong this season when Mama has to recover as well as spend more time with Ellie as much as I can. Yuan Yuan, Ellie, Mama loves the both of you more than anything. I hope both of you can come together soon and be each other's best friend.
