Yuan Yuan Goes to the Library

Yuan Yuan loves to monkey around in the library. Today is library day again and we had so much fun together.

Even the cleaner auntie enjoyed playing hide and seek with you.

You are truly a joy my dear. ☺

Play with the computer and try to find the key on the keyboard which will produce a continuous "beep beep beep...." sound. 

Run around with a book in your hand.

Play hide and seek with Mama. And sometimes the cleaner auntie or the librarian. 

Pick a book from the shelf...

Walk away with the book you chose...

Put it on a different shelf...

Pick up another book again and repeat...

Flip a book and pretend you know how to read it...

Pick a book, seat on the chair. Sometimes you will point at the pictures and asked Mama to tell you what it is.

No. 7 Bus Ride to Orchard

Yuan Yuan loves to take the bus. Mama used to take No. 185 to Clementi with Yuan Yuan before Mama got pregnant with Xiaoxiaoboo. Whenever Yuan Yuan sees a bus passing by, Yuan Yuan would always point at the bus and says "mmm, mmm...!" As if asking Mama to take you for a ride on the bus.

Today is Papa day! Hence we have the chance to take No. 7 to town. Here is you and Papa monkeying around on the bus.

Mama Feels that I am too Cute

Straw Cups

Yuan Yuan loves to play with straw cups and you will pout your lips in a way which looks like you are really taking in the drinks from the cup. 式模式样。Straw cups can usually keep you entertained for a long time 😊

You've been learning to take in water from cups using a straw. It was only last Sunday when Papa and Mama witnessed that you took a sip of water from your Pigeon straw cup!

Yuan Yuan and his Orange Meow Meow

Yuan Yuan is a baby who is super attentive to his surrounding. Yuan Yuan likes to look at animals like dogs, cats and birds which we can commonly see around the neighbourhood.

There is a cat with orange and white fur which "lives" along the walkway to Holland Village. We call the cat "Orange Meow Meow". Yuan Yuan would always remember to look out for this cat whenever we walk along the walkway.

Most of the time, it would be Yuan Yuan who spotted Orange Meow Meow before Mama. Today, Orange Meow Meow was actually sleeping and only it's head and a small part of its body could be seen. But Yuan Yuan is so sharp! He spotted the cat from far and pointed at it, promoting me to go nearer to the cat.

Breakfast with Papa and Mama at Ya Kun

We had breakfast at our usual place today... Ya Kun @ Holland Village. Mama is hoping that it will shift to somewhere nearby in July. This is where papa and mama go for breakfast most days, and also where we get our "fuel" when we are tired. A lot of memory with Yuan Yuan as well! The first few times when we bring you here, you kept crying! Papa and Mama had to take turns to finish our breakfast as one of us had to carry you and walk around!

When Papa goes to work, this is where Yuan Yuan accompany Mama for breakfast after you had yours. I really enjoyed all the precious time I get to spend with you alone my dear. When you are still small enough to go into your Green Pea, Mama used it to bring you to Ya Kun. When you were big enough to use the Ergo Blackie, Mama used it to bring you to Ya Kun. When you were even bigger, Mama used i-Angel to bring you to Ya Kun. I remembered the bread crump always fall on your head whenever I am using these carriers. Yuan Yuan, Mama really miss carrying you using these baby carriers. I can sayang and kiss you all the time. 

When Mama got pregnant with Xiaoxiaoboo, Mama started to use the stroller to bring you to Ya Kun. That's also when you started to be interested in walking. 

Now Papa and Mama have to take turns to finish our breakfast while one of us bring you for a short walk. ☺

Pretending to cry as Papa didn't pass Yuan Yuan the tomato immediately after he picked it up from the fridge. Mama always clean the tomato with wet wipe before giving it to you as you tend to eat it.

Papa put Yuan Yuan back into the stroller after Ya Kun.
