Mama and Yaya talk things over...

We have been reading a book titled "Bear and Bunny" and in the story, both of them are good friends. One of the things they liked to do was to "talk things over".

Yaya was chatting with Mama before your sleep one night and that was what Yaya said to Mama. =)

That was what Yaya said to Mama when Mama said: "Mama make Mei Mei eat medicine ah...!"

Yaya's reply broke Mama's heart.

I love you my dear. Mama would love to make you sleep as well.

Ellie's First time in Shoes. This was Yaya's first pair of shoes as well. Sentimental value to Mama.

But Ellie doesn't like to wear socks! Shoes?!?! Take off please Mama!

Mama wanted  to give you a break half way through feeding you lunch hence Mama walked away to the kitchen to get something done. When Mama came back, Yaya was eating by yourself and said: "Mama too slow." Yaya looked so cute earing by yourself.

Ellie babe, today is your first day at Heguru. Mama prays that you will learn well. Mama is happy that you seem to like the environment. Ellie kept waving bye bye to your teachers throughout the lesson. Your favourite parts are song time, especially MEP songs where we learn about rocks and how it is formed. Mama hopes that you will enjoy class more along the way. Ellie looks so adorable in those pictures taken at Heguru! 

Our Precious Time Together

Dear Yaya, Mama woke you up from your nap early today to bring you to Heguru. Mama didn't want to bring any baby carrier to encourage you to walk by yourself. However after Mama closed the door, you said: "forgot the red red". You were referring to the SG50 red baba sling. =)

Mama had to get the red red for you. Then Yaya said: "I want to go inside red red.." so cute. Yaya also told Mama that you would like to take the bus home after your lesson.

Mama promised you chupachups today and we found it at the mama shop at HV station. Mama would like to introduce you to the type of lollipop Mama used to eat when i was young.

Mama told Yaya that we will open the lollipop only on our way home after class. When we were at Yakun, Yaya wanted to eat the lollipop there but Mama reminded you that it can only be eaten after class. Yaya was a good boy and didn't ask for it until class was over. =)

Yaya started to trace the Letters given in class recently. I think you have been doing it for the past 3 months. Mama loves to watch you tracing the letters.

National Day 2016

This year's national day was spent at home. This year on 9 Aug, Yaya also turned 32 months. 4 more months before Yaya turns 3. Yaya you arr growing so fast Mama loves every single bit of you.

Mama managed to capture some heart warming videos and pictures of Yaya feeding Mei Mei. Yaya even blow the bread to ensure that it is not too hot before feeding Mei Mei.

Mei Mei kept asking Papa for more potato and even climbed up on Papa lap. Mama is very happy that Yaya and Mei Mei are interested in food.

Yaya and Ellie, Mama hopes that both of you will always be joyful and healthy.

Mei Mei seems to be giving Yaya a thankful look in this picture. This has become Yaya's go-to cup at home. Mei Mei was very interested in Yaya's new cup and was trying to reach for it. Yaya took the initiative to feed Mei Mei water from your cup. 

Yaya's First Lollipop & Ellie Loves to Nod

Today we went for review at Dr Yip's clinic. Thank God both of you are getting better.

Yaya had your forst lollipop today from Dr Yip after he examined you. It was orange flavour and you said that it is sweet! But you dropped it on the floor after taking a few lick. We went in to see Dr Yip a second time and he gave you another orange lollipop. Unfortunately you dropped it again and it broke...

We came home and did some art and Mei Mei wanted to join us too. But the paint we were using is not edible hence Mei Mei wasn't allowed to play since she has the habit of stuffing everything into her mouth these days.

Mama and Yaya went out for a date to the library this afternoon. Mama always enjoy alone time with you. We finally got to take 185 double deck bus. When buses passed by the bus stop, you read the numbers to Mama today =) my intelligent boy. Instead of saying seventy four, you said seven four. Cos Mama always say one eight five instead of hundred and eighty five. Smart boy.
